Roger S. Doyle is an associate with Fahrendorf, Viloria, Oliphant & Oster L.L.P. Mr. Doyle currently practices in civil litigation and construction litigation.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Doyle was a law clerk in the Second Judicial District Court of Nevada for the Honorable Janet J. Berry. Mr. Doyle graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While there, he was a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the Honorable Garland Burrell, Jr., and a certified student attorney with the Federal Defenders Office. Mr. Doyle earned Witkin Award honors in criminal pre-trial litigation, appellate advocacy, and community property. Additionally, he was honored as a Top Oral Advocate at the ABA’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
Mr. Doyle is a former U.S. Coast Guard officer and earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. He is a member of the Nevada and California Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of California and Nevada.
