Jason A. Rose is an associate with the law firm of Fahrendorf, Viloria, Oliphant & Oster L.L.P.  Mr. Rose practices in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure law.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rose was an associate for a law firm in San Diego, practicing almost exclusively in bankruptcy and foreclosure law.

Mr. Rose earned a Juris Doctor degree with Great Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Rose was named to the Order of the Coif, the Traynor Honor Society, the Dean’s List, and was awarded the Witkin Award for the highest grade in civil pre-trial litigation and professional responsibility.  He graduated with departmental honors from Dominican University of California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and was named the Most Outstanding Business Student of his graduating class.

Mr. Rose is licensed to practice before the state and federal district courts of Nevada and Texas.  He is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, and Association of Defense Counsel for Washoe County.
