Patrick R. Millsap is an associate attorney with Fahrendorf, Viloria, Oliphant & Oster L.L.P. Mr. Millsap currently focuses his practice on the representation of businesses and banks in commercial litigation matters, defamation suits, renewable energy law, governmental affairs and the representation of architects, engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors in complex construction litigation.

Prior to joining Fahrendorf, Viloria, Oliphant & Oster L.L.P., Mr. Millsap practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he represented insurance companies in insurance bad faith litigation, wrongful death suits, and first-party insurance coverage issues. Additionally, Mr. Millsap represented businesses in commercial litigation.

Mr. Millsap attended law school at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While there, he was awarded first place in the Clark County Bar Association Moot Court Competition, was invited to serve on the school’s Society of Advocates team and achieved the Cali Award for excellence in pre-trial litigation.

Mr. Millsap is originally from Reno where he received his bachelor degree in Journalism with distinction from the University of Nevada. Mr. Millsap is admitted to practice before all Nevada courts and is a member of the Nevada State Bar Association and Washoe County Bar Association.
