Nevada Auto Accidents

There is always a danger of getting into an accident when driving on or near a road, and in Nevada, auto accidents continue to be the leading cause of fatalities and serious injuries. Over 3 million people are injured in auto accidents in the United States each year, with over 2 million of those injuries being permanent. Every year, tens of thousands of people die in car crashes, and statistics show that 2020 was one of the deadliest years in Nevada's history for traffic deaths. One of the riskiest activities we engage in virtually every day is driving, and you should be prepared to fight for full compensation for any injuries you sustain as well as additional losses.

There is always the possibility that you will be involved in an accident when driving. It only takes a few seconds for another driver's reckless behavior to result in serious injuries. You might find your whole world entirely flipped upside down, and you probably will not be ready to deal with the unanticipated losses that commonly follow auto accidents. You have to be sure that you can mount a compelling defense for your full compensation to get the entire value of your claim.

It is not advised that you try to handle the personal injury claim process on your own. You must consult a knowledgeable lawyer with years of experience handling injury claims for legal counsel. This will give you the best opportunity to make a full recovery if you are injured by a negligent motorist.

You should not allow a large insurance company to manage your recovery. The legal team at Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman L.L.P. is prepared to fight for your legal rights to support you during the claims process and ensure that you can collect the compensation you deserve and need to cover the full amount of your damages. If you have any questions about whether you qualify to make a compensation claim, our Reno auto accident lawyers are here to help.
