Nevada Distracted Driving Accidents

When a driver fails to pay attention to the road, it becomes much more dangerous to drive. More than 3,000 people are killed annually in the United States due to driver distraction. According to findings from the Nevada Office of Traffic Safety (NOTS), nearly 4 percent of fatal car accidents in the state involved a distracted driver during a recent five-year study. When a driver causes a serious crash because they are not focusing on the road, they should be held liable for their actions.
