Speeding-Related Crashes in Nevada

The speed at the time of a car accident is important. It could be the difference between a serious collision and a small fender bender. High-speed crashes accounted for more than 29 percent of road fatalities in the United States in 2021. That year, speeding drivers killed 12,330 people or about 33 deaths per day. In the event of a collision, the driver who chooses to exceed the speed limit should be held liable for all injuries and property damage.
