Nevada Auto Accidents

One of the dangerous things we do almost every day is driving a car, and the statistics show that the roads are only becoming more dangerous every year. In fact, 2022 was among the deadliest years in the last 30 years on the roads in Nevada. The Nevada Department of Public Safety (NDPS) reports that in 2022, there were 382 road deaths in the state as a result of 352 documented collisions. Clark County was the site of nearly 4 percent of reported fatal crashes that year.

In a matter of seconds, you can suffer permanent injury in an auto accident. You need to be sure that you have the ability to take the necessary legal action to defend yourself. This often means speaking with an experienced lawyer who has handled personal injury claims to these for many years. Many crash victims try to manage their personal injury claims on their own. However, many potential roadblocks could appear during your claim, so you need someone with the appropriate background and expertise to guide you through them and still come out on top.

After the collision, the insurer will probably get in touch with you to request details about the crash. However, you should be careful with your words. The insurance company will employ every strategy at its disposal to minimize or even reject your claim completely. You should make sure that you have a lawyer who can handle these conversations as well as others in the future as your claim moves forward, rather than interacting with the insurance company directly.
