Spring Valley, NV (December 5, 2023) - On Sunday, December 3, one person was killed and another was hurt following a pileup crash in the Spring Valley area. The deadly accident was reported at the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Spring Valley Parkway at around 7:15 p.m. Local reports indicated that a 2015 Chevrolet Impala was traveling on Rainbow toward the intersection. A 2014 Toyota Corolla, a 2016 Toyota Corolla, a 2014 Jeep Patriot, and a 2011 Toyota Sienna were all stopped at a light.
The driver of the Chevy failed to stop and rear-ended the 2014 Toyota, causing a chain-reaction collision. Two people were hospitalized for treatment, and one was later pronounced dead. No additional information has been provided at this time.
