Nevada DUI Collisions

Driving under the influence is a serious safety risk, and drunk drivers are active threats anytime they are on the road. There were 92 alcohol-related traffic deaths reported in Nevada in 2019 according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). These deaths made up nearly 30.3 percent of roadway fatalities that took place in the state that year. An estimated 20,130 collisions in Nevada involved drunk drivers that year, resulting in 156 deaths and over 7,200 injuries.
