Car Crashes in Nevada

When driving on or near a road, a serious car crash can happen at almost any time. According to statistics, the state has seen a significant increase in the number of fatal crashes during the last ten years. Statistics show that 2022 was among the deadliest years in recent memory for traffic fatalities in the state. The Nevada Department of Public Safety (NDPS) reports that there were 352 fatal crashes in the state that year, which added up to 382 fatalities overall. Approximately 4 percent of these traffic fatalities occurred in Clark County. If you or someone close to you is hurt by a reckless driver, you need to protect your legal rights by pursuing a personal injury claim. Your life may never be the same if you are involved in a crash, and it is likely that you will sustain serious or even life-changing injuries. The resulting damages can quickly pile up and leave you in a difficult financial situation. Mounting medical bills, lost income, and other damages can be difficult to manage.
