Fatal DUI Collisions in Nevada

Drunk driving is one of the riskiest activities there is, and reckless drivers who get behind the wheel endanger other drivers. In the last ten years, 20,130 alcohol-related collisions were reported in the state of Nevada. A total of 7,200 people were injured and 156 individuals lost their lives in these crashes. In Nevada, there were 90 recorded traffic fatalities in a recent year, with drunk drivers accounting for about 3 percent of these accidents. Despite the known dangers of driving while intoxicated, too many drivers in Nevada continue to do it every single day. If a drunk driver causes a fatal collision, they should be held responsible for their actions.

A fatal car accident can drastically alter your entire way of life in a matter of seconds. The loss of a loved one can never be undone, and you need to be confident in your ability to stand up for your family's legal rights during these difficult times. Managing a fatal collision is made even more challenging if you later discover that the accident was caused by the reckless actions of another person. After a fatal crash, you need to know your legal rights so that you can seek the justice you and your family deserve.
