Nevada Distracted Driving Accidents

Nearly nine people in the United States lose their lives as a result of distracted driving every day, and statistics show that human error is to blame for nearly 90 percent of documented auto accidents. Distracted driving is quickly overtaking other factors as the leading cause of serious auto accidents nationwide, and distracted motorists cause approximately 3,000 fatal crashes annually on American roads. Although there are many examples of distracted driving, texting while driving is one of the worst offenders. Drivers who fail to pay attention to the road and cause a serious crash should be held responsible for their actions. This is often only possible when you pursue a personal injury claim with the help of a skilled attorney.

You can never be totally safe when sharing the road with another driver. No matter how safe a driver you are, there is nothing much you can do to prevent an irresponsible driver from causing a life-changing crash. Crash victims often suffer from serious injuries and extensive financial damages. These losses could include mounting medical debt, expensive auto repairs, and lost income from being unable to go back to work. Hiring a capable attorney to represent you is the first step in ensuring that you may properly recover from your damages following a serious traffic accident.
