Nevada Auto Accidents

When driving on or near a road, a fatal automobile crash might occur at any time. According to statistics, the state of Nevada has seen a significant increase in the number of fatal crashes during the last ten years. In actuality, 2022 was one of the bloodiest years in recent memory for traffic fatalities in the state. The Nevada Department of Public Safety (NDPS) reports that there were 352 fatal crashes in the state that year, which added up to 382 fatalities overall. Approximately 4 percent of these road deaths occurred in Clark County, with a significant number taking place in Washoe County, home of Reno. In addition to the physical suffering, serious auto accidents that cause injuries can also cause mental and financial strain. When the negligent decision of another motorist caused your injury, you should not have to deal with these expenses on your own. You may be entitled to damages for both the accident and your injuries if you are unfairly hurt on Nevada roads by a reckless driver. It is always in your best interests to be well-informed of your legal rights to protect the full value of your case.
