Nevada Distracted Driving Accidents

Every day, distracted driving claims the lives of about nine people in the United States. Based on statistical data, approximately 90 percent of recorded car accidents can be attributed to human error, and there is a growing trend of distracted driving leading to serious collisions. Distracted driving claims the lives of over 3,000 people every year on American roads, and in the time it takes to send a text, you could drive at highway speeds across a football field. That is more than enough time for a collision that might change a life forever.

It is safe to say that nobody ever plans for an automobile accident. Sadly, a lot of Nevadans are hurt and killed daily on the state's roads. If you or a loved one is hurt in a car accident, you need to make sure you have a plan in place and that you will be compensated fairly for your injuries and other losses. Ultimately, your entire way of life could be on the line, and you may be able to pursue a personal injury claim against the at-fault party to receive a full recovery.
