Distracted Driving Accidents in Nevada

Driving is much more dangerous if you are not paying attention to the road. Each year in the United States, driver distraction results in the deaths of over 3,000 people. In a recent five-year study, the Nevada Office of Traffic Safety (NOTS) found that distracted driving was a factor in over 4 percent of the state's fatal vehicle incidents. Distracted driving has quickly become one of the leading causes of serious car accidents across the country, with many blaming the rise of cell phone use and mobile devices on the road.

The roads in Nevada can be incredibly hazardous. Drunk driving, speeding, and intoxication are three of the most common factors contributing to catastrophic auto accidents in the state. Unfortunately, there is an increasing number of car crash injuries on the state's highways. In the event that you were involved in an accident, you must make sure you can make responsible choices regarding your recovery. It is critical that you are able to heal from an automobile accident in order to get back to the life you once had. Make sure you and the other passengers are safe before you pull over to the side of the road. It is also advised that you make an appointment with a trustworthy doctor as soon as possible to make sure you understand the full extent of your injuries.
