Nevada Car Accidents

Most of us have to drive every day, without even thinking about how dangerous it can really be. Reno is a large city that attracts visitors from all over the country, with thousands of accidents reported annually and a high number of drivers on the road. There were 237,338 automobile accidents reported in Reno in a recent four-year study. The findings reveal that 100,060 of these crashes and another 135,789 caused property damage. According to statistics, car accidents remain Nevada's top cause of fatalities and major injuries, and you can be hurt in a crash almost any time you hit the road.

Nevada is a state with a small population, but the miles traveled on its roadways more than make up for it. Cities like Las Vegas and Reno welcome thousands of tourists each year who come for recreation and business. This means that there are many out-of-town drivers traveling on the road, which can lead to catastrophic collisions and cause serious injuries. Victims of these collisions may sustain lifelong or chronic injuries that affect them for the rest of their lives. It may be possible to pursue a claim for compensation to make a recovery.
