Nevada Distracted Driving Crashes

As a driver, you need to pay full attention to the road at all times. Despite this fact, distracted driving is quickly becoming one of the leading causes of serious crashes across the country. Texting behind the wheel is one of the most common offenses, and you can travel the length of a football field in the time it takes to send a text while flying down the road at highway speeds. In a recent year, more than 3,100 people were killed and 424,000 others were injured by distracted drivers nationwide. Statistics show that one in five of these fatalities were outside of a motor vehicle. You need to be prepared to protect your rights to pursue a full recovery after a serious auto accident.

Driving is a way of life for most Nevadans, and a car crash can occur at almost any time you are driving on the road. No one plans to be hurt by a careless driver, but this is a reality for many state residents. The aftermath of a car accident can be difficult to handle on your own, and it can be overwhelming to accomplish all the steps necessary to pursue a full recovery. When you work with a skilled attorney, you can be sure that your case is in good hands and that you are maximizing your chances of a full recovery.
