Las Vegas, NV (January 29, 2024) - On Saturday night, January 27, a driver was killed and two passengers were hurt after a single-vehicle crash in the Las Vegas area. The deadly accident took place at the 3800 block of Hollywood Boulevard near E. Desert Inn Road at around 7:23 p.m. It was reported that three people were traveling on Hollywood Boulevard when the driver lost control.
The vehicle crashed into several K barriers, causing the car to overturn. The vehicle rolled over several times before coming to a rest on Desert Inn Road. The driver, a 42-year-old woman, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two passengers were injured in the crash, with a juvenile victim suffering substantial injuries. The identities of the involved parties have not been provided at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly accident is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
