High-Speed Crashes in Nevada

One of the most common contributing factors in deadly car crashes is speeding. Not only can high speeds prevent your car's safety features from working properly, but speeding can also magnify the force of a vehicle collision. According to estimates from the National Safety Council (NSC), 30 people are killed by speeding each day in the United States, and a total of 11,258 people were killed by speeding drivers in 2022. Nearly 29 percent of deadly collisions nationwide involved speeding drivers.

There is only so much you can do to prevent a major car crash. It only takes a few seconds for a reckless driver to cause a life-changing collision, leaving you or someone close to you with life-changing injuries. After an accident, victims are often overwhelmed and uncertain about what to do in order to pursue a claim for compensation. You should still see a qualified medical professional so you may properly assess the extent of your injuries following a serious crash.

It is common knowledge that insurance providers would do everything within their power to avoid having to pay crash victims the full value of their case. You do not want to take any chances with your recovery, and you certainly do not want to put your future in the hands of a large insurance provider. You need to make sure you have a skilled attorney on your side to ensure your case is handled correctly and your legal rights are respected.
