Reno, NV - Major Injury Collision at US-395 & Lemmon Dr

Reno, NV (January 7, 2024) - On Sunday morning, January 7, at least one person sustained injuries following a traffic accident in the Reno area. The crash took place at around 9:48 a.m. on US-395 NB near Lemmon Drive. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the number and extent of the resulting injuries have not been confirmed.

Emergency responders were dispatched to render aid to the involved parties, and those requiring additional treatment were later transferred to local hospitals for further treatment. The roadway was closed for several hours until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting wreckage and reopen the area to outside traffic. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crime is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
