Sparks, NV (January 12, 2024) - On Friday morning, January 12, there were reported injuries following a car accident in the Sparks area. The accident was reported early that morning at around 1 a.m. on Interstate 80 near Vista Boulevard. All westbound lanes were closed as a result of the collision.

There were confirmed injuries at the scene, and the injured parties were provided aid by attending medical personnel. Those requiring additional treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance.
