Speeding-related Accidents in Nevada

Certain behaviors behind the wheel can significantly raise the chance of an automobile collision. Speeding is probably one of the most common. Exceeding the speed limit can cause a motorist to lose control of their car, effectively turning them into an active threat on the road. The Nevada Office of Traffic Safety (NOTS) has found that speeding is a contributing factor in over 32 percent of vehicle accidents in the Silver State. Over 25 percent of road fatalities in the United States over the previous 20 years have involved speeding motorists.
