Distracted Driving Crashes in Nevada

As drivers, we must give the road our whole attention, but more and more, it appears that most people find this to be too challenging. Distracted driving is quickly overtaking other factors as the leading cause of fatal crashes in the country. Distracted driving resulted in 3,100 fatalities and 424,000 injuries in the United States in a recent year, and statistics show that one in five of these victims was outside of a vehicle. Texting and driving is one of many potential examples of driver distraction, but it is probably one of the most common. You can easily travel the length of a football field in the time it takes to send a single text while traveling at highway speeds. If you are hurt in a serious car accident, you must act to protect your legal rights by partnering with a trained car crash lawyer.

There is always a chance that you could get into an accident when driving.
