Nevada Distracted Driving Crashes

Drivers need to have their full attention on the road at all times, but sadly, many fail to do so. Statistics show that there were 3,100 people killed by distracted drivers nationwide in 2019, with more than 424,000 being injured. Statistics show that one out of five of these deaths were not inside vehicles and were pedestrians, cyclists or otherwise outside a car. You can travel the length of a football field in the time it takes to send a single text while traveling at highway speeds.

It is important that you make sure your legal rights are secured in the event of a serious collision. Your ability to make a complete recovery can be on the line. A reckless driver can cause a crash and change your life in a matter of seconds, and your entire way of life can be turned upside down. No one is really prepared to deal with the significant damages that can result from a serious collision. You need to make sure that you are taking the necessary steps to protect your rights and ensure that the people responsible are held accountable for their actions.

It can be very difficult to pursue a claim for compensation on your own. You will need someone on your side with years of experience fighting for full and fair compensation. A skilled attorney will be able to handle your case and take over negotiations with the insurance provider. This will allow you to completely focus on your health and well-being during this difficult time.
