High-Speed Collisions in Nevada

The speed involved in a crash is important, and it can even mean the difference between a life-changing crash and a minor fender bender. In 2021, almost 29 percent of road fatalities in the United States were caused by high-speed collisions. A total of 12,330 individuals were killed by speeding drivers that year, or almost 33 people every day. The driver who chooses to go over the speed limit should be responsible for all injuries and property damage in the event of an accident.

Most people in Nevada drive every day. Sadly, this leads to a significant number of state residents getting involved in tragic collisions. No one really plans for a car crash, but they can occur at any time while driving. Once a careless driver has injured you, you need to be confident that you can make educated choices regarding your recovery. This means having a knowledgeable attorney available to give you the legal counsel needed to pursue a successful compensation claim.
