Nevada Speeding-Related Collisions

The speed of an impact can mean the difference between a minor fender bender and a catastrophic collision. In 2021, nearly 29 percent of traffic fatalities in the United States involved high-speed crashes. That year, 12,330 people were killed by speeding drivers in total that year. That is nearly 33 people dying every single day. When a driver chooses to exceed the speed limit or drive faster than permitted by roadway conditions, they should be held liable for any resulting injuries and damages in the event of a crash.
