High-Speed Crashes in Nevada

Speeding is incredibly dangerous. Unfortunately, it is also very common on Nevada roadways. According to findings from the National Safety Council (NSC), an estimated 30 people are killed daily by speeding drivers. In 2022, there were 11,258 people killed in high-speed collisions nationwide. Weather is also a key factor in deadly speeding-related crashes, and statistics show that almost 45 percent of fatal high-speed collisions take place on wet roadways. About 20 percent of these deadly accidents took place on dry roads.

You can never completely prevent a serious car accident from taking place. Even if you follow all the rules of the road, you cannot stop another reckless driver from crashing into you and leaving you with life-changing injuries in the process. You can then find yourself dealing with serious injuries and other damages that you are not equipped to handle. Crash victims often incur significant financial losses, including rising medical bills, lost wages due to an inability to work and vehicle repair costs, among many other potential damages. You need to partner with a trained lawyer who can help determine what damages are available in your case.

You should not leave your recovery to chance. If you depend solely on the insurance adjuster, it will do everything possible in order to limit your potential compensation.
