Nevada Car Accidents

Every day, someone dies in an automobile accident in the United States. According to statistics, there is a fatal collision on American roads every 16 minutes on average. Over three million individuals are injured in car accidents annually, with about two million of those victims having long-term injuries. Hundreds of people died on Nevada's roads in 2020, making it one of the deadliest years in recent memory for the state. Nearly half of the state’s collisions involve a drunk driver, which is a concerning fact.

After being in a catastrophic vehicle accident, you have to have faith in your ability to recover completely. Not only are you riding a wave of emotions that you are probably finding hard to control on your own, but you will never be able to go back in time to before a major crash. Most of the time, a driver's carelessness causes an accident, and any injuries should be attributable to that driver. This means that you may be able to recover lost compensation by filing a personal injury claim against the at-fault party.
