Car Crashes in Nevada

In Nevada, serious car accidents happen almost every day. The United States reports a fatal vehicle accident every 16 minutes on average, and crashes continue to be the leading cause of death and serious injury across the nation. Even a minor collision can have a significant influence on your life as you deal with mounting damages and worsening injuries. Every year, car accidents claim the lives of more than 40,000 people on American roads, with many more suffering life-changing injuries. In fact, there are more than three million reported injuries in car crashes across the country each year. Hundreds of people are killed annually on Nevada roadways, and nearly half of the reported crashes in the state involve a drunk driver.

Many Nevada residents know someone who has been impacted by a serious collision. Unfortunately, someone is hurt or killed in a crash on the state’s roads nearly every day. It is always important that you are able to protect your legal rights after a serious auto accident from the very start. This means being informed of your legal rights and what needs to be done to achieve a complete recovery.
