Nevada Auto Accidents

The number of fatal auto accidents in Nevada has steadily increased over the past ten years. Last year, there were 285 fatal collisions in the state, accounting for 304 fatalities. That year, almost 1,000 people in the state suffered injuries in auto accidents. Car crashes continue to be the leading source of fatalities and serious injuries in Nevada, so you need to be sure you can defend your legal rights in the event of a catastrophic auto accident. Nearly half of auto accidents in the Silver State involve drunk drivers, who are all over the state’s roads. This shows just how dangerous it can be when you drive and exactly how close you are to being hurt in a crash any time you hit the road.

It is impossible to be fully ready for an auto accident. In an instant, a negligent driver's actions could have a significant negative impact on your life and inflict serious injury. You need to arm yourself with the knowledge to get the compensation required to deal with the unanticipated losses that typically follow an accident. This will help strengthen your personal injury claim and make sure you are able to get the full value of your case.
