Nevada High-Speed Collisions

Anything might happen when you are traveling on the road, and it only takes a few seconds for a car crash to completely change your life. High-speed crashes have been implicated in about one-third of all traffic fatalities in the country during the last 20 years. More than 10,000 people are killed by speeding drivers nationwide each year, and these negligent motorists are known to cause deadly and catastrophic car accidents. Statistics show that drivers who speed cause more than 32 percent of road fatalities in Nevada, showing just how prevalent this negligent practice is across the state. Nevada is known for having dangerous roads and reckless drivers, with many out-of-town drivers flocking to the state to visit large cities like Reno and Las Vegas. Among the most common reasons for catastrophic auto accidents in the state are driving under the influence, speeding, and driver intoxication. Unfortunately, injuries sustained in auto accidents are growing increasingly frequent on the state's many roads and highways. It is critical to maintain composure following a serious car wreck. Make sure you and the other passengers are safe by pulling over to the side of the road and getting out of harm’s way. It is advised that you see a trusted medical professional as soon as possible to make sure you understand the severity of your injuries.
