Car Crashes in Nevada

Every day in Nevada, there are injuries from serious auto accidents. There is a deadly vehicle crash about every 16 minutes in the United States, and even a minor collision can have a significant impact on your life. Every year, car crashes claim the lives of up to 40,000 people nationwide, leaving millions more with severe and often lifelong disabilities. After a catastrophic vehicle accident, it is critical that you be able to use your legal rights to hold the responsible party legally accountable.

Driving on Nevadan roads is never completely safe. Driver negligence is the primary cause of most serious collisions, with statistics showing that nearly 90 percent of reported crashes involve driver error. Crash victims frequently sustain severe injuries and incur significant financial losses that can make life extremely difficult. Spiraling health care expenses, expensive auto repairs, and lost income from being unable to return to work are a few examples of these losses that you may incur after a serious crash. You must have faith in your ability to fully recover from your losses by making sure you are fully informed of your legal rights.
