Distracted Driving Accidents in Nevada

Every day, distracted driving claims the lives of about nine people in the United States. Based on statistical data, approximately 90 percent of recorded car accidents can be attributed to some form of human error. According to statistics, there is a growing trend of distracted driving leading to serious collisions. Distracted driving claims the lives of over 3,000 people annually, and in the time it takes to send a text, you could drive at highway speeds across a football field. That is more than enough to cause a life-changing auto accident.

Nobody ever plans for an automobile accident. Sadly, a lot of Nevadans are seriously hurt or killed daily in car crashes across the state. If you or a loved one is hurt in a car accident, you need to make sure you have a plan in place and that you will be compensated fairly for your injuries and other losses. There is a lot on the line, and your recovery should be a priority. You may be able to pursue a financial recovery by filing a personal injury claim against the at-fault party and their insurance provider.
