Nevada High-Speed Collisions

Speed has been known to play a key role in roadway safety. It can even mean the difference between a minor collision and one that changes your life. In the year 2021, speeding drivers claimed the lives of 12,330 persons on American roads, accounting for over 29 percent of all road deaths nationwide. This comes to a daily total of about 33 fatalities. Over the last two decades, over one-third of all reported fatalities in the country have been linked to speeding. In the event of a collision, speeding drivers should be held accountable for any resulting injuries and other damages.

You never have complete control over what someone does behind the wheel. This means that you can never completely avoid a major crash. After a serious collision, your entire way of life can be at risk, and when escalating medical costs are factored in, the financial losses that can arise from an accident can quickly become overwhelming. You must use every effort to maximize your recovery following an injury caused by a careless driver.
