Car Crashes in Nevada

In Nevada, automobile accidents are the leading cause of fatalities and severe injuries. In the state last year, there were 285 fatal crashes, which resulted in 304 fatalities, with over a thousand persons in the state suffering injuries in auto accidents. According to statistics, the state's highest rate of auto accidents occurred in Clark County. The fact that drunk drivers are implicated in almost 43 percent of Nevadan auto accidents is cause for alarm for anyone who has to regularly drive in the state.

It is impossible to stop a serious collision from happening. This is because you have no control over what other people decide to do behind the wheel, and it only takes one careless driver to drastically alter your life in a serious collision. Everything in your life is at stake following a severe car accident. The escalating medical bills and additional expenses resulting from an accident can rapidly mount up, leaving you with significant financial damages that you are unable to manage. In order to receive full compensation for any losses or injuries you may have suffered as a result of a careless driver, you must pursue a personal injury claim against the at-fault party.
