Nevada Car Accidents

Most Nevadans treat driving as a necessity. Our lives revolve around operating cars to get from place to place. Unfortunately, the state’s roads can be extremely dangerous, and statistics show that car crashes continue to be the leading cause of death and serious injury for Nevada residents. Drunk driving is a serious concern in the state, and driver intoxication is a factor in an astounding 46 percent of auto accidents reported across Nevada each year. More than 2 million people are permanently injured in car crashes nationwide, with tens of thousands losing their lives on average. It is important that you are able to take the necessary actions to protect your legal rights after a serious auto accident.

Most crash victims are not aware of their legal rights. A serious collision can happen in a matter of seconds and leave you with life-changing injuries. It is difficult to pursue a full recovery on your own, and the very idea of taking legal action can seem like a daunting and nearly impossible task. It is important the injured parties are able to work closely with a trained lawyer who has a proven track record of helping crash victims pursue full recoveries.
