Nevada Car Accidents

Car crashes are the leading contributor to death and serious injury in the state of Nevada, and statistics show that the number of roadway deaths in the state has climbed significantly in the past ten years. A total of 304 deadly crashes took place in a recent year. Reno is situated in Washoe County, which is the site of nearly 13 percent of all car crashes in the Silver State. Hundreds are killed and thousands are injured in auto accidents in Nevada each year, and it is important that you are able to make informed decisions to protect your legal rights if you or someone close to you is injured by a reckless motorist.

The road is filled with negligent drivers, and it only takes the actions of one person to cause a life-changing auto accident. Insurance plays its part in alleviating some of the damages caused by a crash, but unfortunately, it often falls short in covering the full extent of your losses. It is common for injured parties to need to pursue additional compensation even after being awarded a settlement from their personal insurance carrier. The damages resulting from a crash can be quite severe, and things like medical bills can quickly pile up and leave you in a difficult financial situation. It is important that you are able to take immediate action in order to protect your legal rights following a life-changing car crash.
