High-Speed Collisions in Nevada

When you speed, you are putting your life at risk. Speed plays an important role in roadway safety. Speed limits are in place to prevent crashes from happening, but too many Nevada drivers continue to travel at excessive speeds across the state. A total of 12,330 people were killed in high-speed collisions across the United States in 2021, accounting for almost 29 percent of roadway deaths that year. This means nearly 33 people were killed daily by speeding drivers on American roadways. Speeding drivers should be held responsible for any resulting injuries and damages in the event of an auto accident.
