Nevada Speeding-Related Crashes

Everyone on the road is in danger when a driver chooses to exceed the speed limit or travel faster than is safe for roadway conditions. Speeding is a significant contributor to serious car crashes across the state of Nevada. When a driver speeds, it is much harder to fully control a vehicle, and the distance needed to come to a full stop is increased significantly. This is a potentially lethal combination. A recent five-year study conducted by the Nevada Office of Traffic Safety (NOTS) found that nearly 32 percent of collisions in the state are high-speed impacts. It is important that you are able to fully protect your legal rights after a serious car crash by partnering with a skilled personal injury lawyer.

It can be difficult to pursue a recovery after a car crash, and it can be a lengthy process. You may think you have a straightforward case, but it is often much harder to pursue a successful personal injury claim than you may think. You have to systematically show that the at-fault party acted negligently in some way and directly contributed to the accident and your injuries. Many accident victims are not even aware of their legal rights, and you may find it hard to pursue a claim for compensation on your own. It is important that you are able to get the full value of the compensation you are owed by working closely with a trained car crash attorney.

If you are ready to get started on your claim for compensation, the legal team at Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman L.L.P. is here to help.
