Nevada Auto Accidents

In Nevada, there are far too many car accidents that result in fatalities and serious injuries. The Nevada Department of Public Safety (NDPS) reports that in 2022, there were 382 road deaths as a result of 352 documented crashes throughout the state. Every year, millions of auto accidents are reported in the United States, leaving tens of thousands of people dead and millions injured. In the event of a severe car accident that unfairly injures you or someone close to you, you need to be prepared to protect your legal rights.

There is no foolproof way to stop a major collision from happening. This is because you can never completely control the actions of another driver. A major accident can dramatically transform your life in a matter of seconds. Adrenaline-pumping, powerful emotions are common after a collision, and this can make them believe that their injuries from the accident were not severe. No matter what, you should still visit an experienced doctor so you can fully understand your circumstances and the severity of your injuries.

If you decide to pursue a personal injury claim later on, the fact that you chose not to seek medical attention could come back to haunt you. It is well known that insurance companies will take all reasonable steps to avoid paying out the full value of an accident claim. These companies have a history of rejecting valid claims, and you do not want to risk the compensation you are entitled to. To make sure your case is handled properly and your legal rights are upheld, you need to make sure you have an experienced attorney on your side. This is often the only way to maximize your recovery.
