Nevada Car Crashes

You can never completely avoid the risk of a car accident. Crashes continue to be the leading cause of fatalities and major injuries in Nevada. Tens of thousands of people are killed and about 2 million people in the United States sustain lifelong injuries as a result of auto accidents each year. According to statistics, 2020 was one of the deadliest years for road fatalities in Nevada's history. A total of 396 people were killed on the state’s roads in 2022. Nevada experienced a nearly 17.9 percent increase in traffic deaths from 2020 to 2021.

It is challenging to feel completely safe while operating a vehicle. Even if you are the safest driver on the road, it will not stop a reckless driver from causing an accident. Crash victims frequently suffer significant injuries in addition to substantial financial losses. These damages may manifest as escalating medical expenses, expensive car repairs, and lost income due to the inability to return to work. It could be challenging for you to handle these unanticipated damages on your own following a devastating traffic accident, so you need to take every precaution to maximize your recovery.

You should not handle a claim or compensation by yourself. You will be at a major disadvantage since you will be competing with an insurance company that deals with these instances daily. You must ensure that you have a knowledgeable personal injury lawyer on your side if you want to increase your chances of a successful claim. In many cases, working with a lawyer is the only way to receive the full value of your case.
