Stephanie K. Funk is a key member of the legal team at Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman, LLP. As a Reno attorney she handles both civil and estate matters, regularly practicing in the areas of civil and business litigation, real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation. Ms. Funk works closely with her clients to see them through every aspect of their case, whether that be assisting her clients with preparing for their future via drafting a comprehensive estate plan or navigating a complex business dispute. Ms. Funk prides herself on offering thorough and compassionate legal counsel to her clients and has a passion for working with people to ensure their final affairs are in order. When handling real property related matters Ms. Funk draws upon her former experience as a full-time licensed real estate agent which offers an invaluable perspective to the realtors, property owners, landlords, tenants, and property management companies she represents.
Ms. Funk is a native Nevadan and magna cum laude graduate of William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Prior to law school, Ms. Funk received her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Ms. Funk is proud to be able to give back and serve the community she calls home through involvement in various non-profit organizations. Ms. Funk is a former "big sister" with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada, and has been an active member of the Junior League of Reno and Northern Nevada Women Lawyer's Association for several years. She currently serves as a Board Member for both organizations. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the beauty Northern Nevada has to offer.
