Practicing business law, commercial litigation, and construction / development law, Stephanie K. Funk is a key member of the legal team at Fahrendorf, Viloria, Oliphant & Oster L.L.P. As a Reno attorney, she focuses on representing businesses, banks, contractors, and more in litigation, governmental matters, and various other matters.
Ms. Funk is a magna cum laude graduate of William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She served on the exclusive Society of Advocates team and was chosen to be a part of the Ninth Circuit Appellate Clinic, where she gained extensive experience. She placed as a quarter-finalist at New York University’s National Moot Court Competition.
Prior to law school, Ms. Funk received her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During her time at college, she gained real-world experience as a full-time, licensed real estate agent. When navigating real estate-related litigation, this background is extremely valuable for her clients.
Born and raised in Nevada, Ms. Funk is proud to be able to give back and serve her local community. She dedicates her free time to serving as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and remains an active member of the Junior League of Reno.
