As a partner with Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman L.L.P., Nathan J. Aman is a respected commercial litigation attorney in Reno, NV. Mr. Aman also has extensive experience resolving business litigation and navigating corporate operation issues. In addition, he currently serves as panel counsel for numerous insurance companies, putting his legal insight and skill to work on behalf of a comprehensive range of clients.
He is skilled in construction litigation, representing subcontractors, developers, architects, engineers, and nearly any other party related to such cases across Nevada. Mr. Aman is an active member of the Construction Section of the Nevada Bar, even serving as president of the Association of Defense Counsel for Northern Nevada.
Born in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Mr. Aman went on to attend Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College. He graduated magna cum laude in 1999, majoring in history and political science. Mr. Aman pursued his legal education at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in California, where he was a member of the International Moot Court team.
While at Pepperdine Law, he served as an extern for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as the California Department of Corporations, gaining unique insight and experience. Mr. Aman also worked as a summer associate for a Beverly Hills law firm, focusing on securities and commodities law matters. Upon graduation, he earned the Pepperdine Law Palmer Center Certificate in Law and Entrepreneurship.
