EXPERIENCED CIVIL LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman L.L.P. is hiring an Associate Attorney to practice in the field of Criminal Defense. The candidate should have at least four years of criminal defense or prosecution experience in both misdemeanors and felonies in Northern Nevada. Jury trial experience is important in the hiring decision. The ideal candidate must have significant community ties to the Reno/Sparks area and be actively engaged. Salary depends on experience and abilities. Benefits include: medical, dental and vision insurance; Safe Harbor contribution of 3% of gross salary into 401K; CLE expense; State Bar and other membership fees; gym membership; eleven legal holidays off plus PTO at your discretion. ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - CRIMINAL DEFENSE
Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman L.L.P. is looking for an experienced civil litigation paralegal with a minimum of five years of experience in Nevada courts. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication and written skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, as well as the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team. Job duties to include, but not limited to: drafting pleadings; e-filing pleadings with the court; updating files within our internal database; calendar management; summarization of mediation/deposition hearing transcripts; preparing trial notebooks and providing assistance in trial settings; corresponding with clerks of the court, process servers, and clients, serving as a liaison between the client and attorney. Paralegal certification by an ABA approved program preferred. Benefits include: medical, dental and vision and Safe Harbor contribution of 3% of gross wages into 401K.
