FAMILY LAW ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Are you one of those lawyers who thinks you would never want to practice Family Law? The best candidate will have experience as a law clerk and/or three to five years’ experience in the practice of law. Successful applicant will have opportunity for immediate experience in the area of family law. Good academic, writing and computer skills. Salary depends on experience and abilities. While we offer a competitive base salary, we also offer an additional incentive-based pay opportunity. Excellent working conditions and benefits offered. CRIMINAL DEFENSE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman L.L.P., a well-established 25 - year plus AV rated law firm in Northern Nevada, is hiring a Criminal Defense Associate Attorney. The candidate should have at least two years of criminal defense or prosecution experience in both misdemeanors and felonies in Nevada. Some Jury trial experience is important in the hiring decision, but not an absolute bar. More important is a desire to work hard and achieve the best possible results for clients accused of crimes. The ideal candidate must have significant community ties to the Reno/Sparks area and be actively engaged in the Northern Nevada community. Salary range from $135,000 to $175,0000, dependent upon experience and abilities. Benefits include: medical, dental and vision insurance; Safe Harbor contribution of 3% of gross salary into 401K; CLE expense; State Bar and other membership fees; gym membership; twelve legal holidays off, plus PTO at your discretion.
