Associate Attorney

As an associate attorney at Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman L.L.P., Emilee N. Hammond focuses her practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, business law, construction law, probate, and trust and estate litigation. Whether it be a contested trust matter or a complex business transaction, Ms. Hammond has a passion for advocacy and obtaining the best result possible for her clients.

Ms. Hammond is well-versed in all aspects of litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Hammond served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lynne K. Simons at the Second Judicial District Court in Reno, as well as an extern for the Honorable Howard D. McKibben, federal judge for the United States District Court, District of Nevada. Through her experiences, Ms. Hammond has gained a wealth of knowledge that she utilizes in service to her clients.

A Southern California native, Ms. Hammond earned her bachelor’s degree in both history and political science from the University of California, San Diego. Upon graduation, she attended law school and earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas in 2017.

Ms. Hammond is admitted to practice law in all Nevada courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She is currently a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, the First Judicial District Bar Association, and the State Bar of Nevada. Ms. Hammond is also a proud member of the Bruce R. Thompson American Inns of Court and the Northern Nevada Women Lawyer’s Association.
