Nevada Reckless Driving Crashes
In the United States, distracted driving is a common occurrence on the highways and has emerged as a primary contributor to significant collisions involving automobiles. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reported that over 324,000 crashes nationwide in 2020 were the result of distracted drivers. According to statistics, men between the ages of 15 and 20 make up the majority of those involved in these crashes and account for approximately 7 percent of distracted driving deaths. Distracted drivers kill an average of over 3,000 people annually. After a catastrophic collision, it's critical that you are prepared to defend your legal rights by working with an experienced lawyer to pursue a claim for damages.
Following a catastrophic accident, you need to be fully aware of your legal rights. If a careless motorist injures you or a loved one, a qualified attorney can give you the legal advice you need to make wise choices and safeguard your future. Your lawyer can take on the role of an advocate and work to ensure that your legal rights are upheld at every stage of your claim. It is not appropriate to penalize you for another driver's careless behavior. After an auto accident that changes your life, you may be able to seek compensation for your injuries by filing a personal injury claim with the assistance of an experienced attorney.
