Reno, NV (Auugst 5, 2024) - At least one person sustained injuries following a car accident in the Reno area on Sunday, August 4. The collision occurred late that evening around 9:23 p.m. on Interstate 580 NB near S. Virginia Street. The injured parties were provided immediate aid by attending medical personnel.
The severity of the related damages has not yet been determined. Emergency responders were dispatched to provide aid to the injured parties, and those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized by ambulance. The area was temporarily closed while paramedics were on-site. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present.
