Reno, NV (August 12, 2024) - There were reported injuries after a car accident in the Reno area on Sunday, August 11. The accident took place at the corner of Mira Loma Drive and Rio Poco Road that night around 10:09 p.m. At least one person involved in the crash was hurt.
The injured parties were provided immediate aid by attending medical personnel. Those requiring additional treatment were later transferred to nearby hospitals for further treatment. The severity and number of the related damages have not yet been confirmed. The roadway was closed for several hours while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were dispatched to clear the area of the related debris. No further information has been provided.
