DUI Collisions in Nevada

Drunk driving contributes to a lot of fatal collisions in Nevada. Based on the most recent collision statistics, intoxicated drivers were responsible for almost 30 percent of road deaths reported in the United States in 2020. DUI accidents contributed to 8,626 of the 11,654 road deaths that year. In Nevada, there are over 20,000 drunk driving accidents annually that cause many injuries and hundreds of fatalities. Unfortunately, Nevada's reputation for having intoxicated drivers is far from stellar. More than half of the vehicle accidents in the state involve intoxicated drivers. If a drunk driver injures you or a loved one, you must be ready to meet with a knowledgeable lawyer in order to pursue a strong case for damages.

When a drunk driver injures you or someone you love, it is never easy. The individual who caused the accident should be held accountable for any injuries or losses that result from the crash. You need someone who is ready to stand out for crash victims—who frequently feel overwhelmed by their circumstances and the severity of their injuries—in order to ensure a full recovery. After a significant auto accident, you shouldn't have to manage submitting a claim for compensation on your own. Be cautious about what you say when the insurance company calls to get further details about the accident. Even the smallest acknowledgment of guilt might be turned against you. On the basis of these kinds of technicalities, insurance firms have been known to reject perfectly valid claims, which might put your compensation at risk.
