Las Vegas, NV (July 29, 2024) –There were fatal injuries after a multi-vehicle collision in the Las Vegas area on Sunday, July 28. The deadly accident took place at the corner of N. Rainbow Boulevard and W. Lake Mead Boulevard that afternoon, around 1:26 p.m. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties.
Three or more vehicles collided at the scene. Both east and westbound lanes on Lake Mead were closed as a result of the accident. An adult male victim sustained fatal injuries in the impact, and an adult woman was transported to a local hospital by ambulance for the treatment of sustained injuries. The circumstances leading to the crash have not yet been determined. No further information on the accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the deadly crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
